The Messy Middle: Mind & Heart
Most days don’t fall neatly into chapters.
They’re layered — motherhood and caregiving and work and emotion woven together, strength and weariness sitting quietly side by side. The days can feel both full and unfinished at the same time.
I’ve learned that this middle isn’t something to rush through. It’s where we live. It’s where we carry what needs carrying and still try to carve out a few steady minutes for ourselves.
This space is for that pause — a cup of tea, a closed door, a deep breath — before stepping back into everything waiting on the other side.
Not dramatic.
Not polished.
Just real life, as it is — and the quiet strength it takes to stay present in it.
